Despite it being very early in the New Year and with many businesses yet to re-open, the REEF helpline has been running hot with questions from members about the employment challenges they are confronting due to the new COVID-19 outbreak.
Of primary concern have been questions surrounding how to pay employees who either test positive for COVID-19 or are in isolation. What follows are answers to the main concerns that REEF members are calling us about.
